IAT attended the Tankceu annual meeting

IAT attended the annual Tankceu (Tank Combination Europe) meeting, together with 21 other members.

Tankceu, a group of European haulage contractors specializing in chemical transport, has representatives all over Europe – from Finland in the north to Italy in the south. A couple of new members joined at this year’s meeting.

Haesarts of Belgium, which has a large operation transporting chemicals to and from Russia. The other was Haanpaa, which had previously been a member of Tankceu.

The agenda included environmental and economic sustainability, as well as social responsibility. Additionally, the members shared experiences regarding auditing sub-suppliers, the lack of qualified drivers in Europe and of course, general cooperation within the Tankceu organisation.
